Ozamiz City Police Lead Successful Drug Buy-Bust Operation
In a swift and decisive move on
the early morning of January 7, 2024, the Ozamiz City Police Station took the
lead in a drug buy-bust operation. The operation targeted the residence of
Glenn Lozano in Purok Mauswagon, Brgy Maningcol, resulting in the apprehension
of individuals involved in the illicit drug trade.
During the operation, three
sachets of suspected shabu were seized from Glenn Lozano's residence. The
suspects, identified as Jolly Jalalon and Jboy Begontes, were caught in the act
during a drug-related session. Despite their attempt to escape, the police
successfully apprehended them, with one suspect managing to elude the
authorities.
This operation highlights the commitment of the Ozamiz City Police in combating the drug menace within the community.
