Mayor Jojo Dacer Roa, renowned as the Action Man of Clarin, personally paid a visit to the residence of a Clarin resident who unfortunately passed away during the ongoing Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) distribution in the uptown barangay of the municipality last October 28, 2023. Mayor Jojo Roa conveyed his condolences and solidarity to the grieving family, assuring them that they would not face their sorrow alone.

The recently deceased individual from Barangay Canibungan Putol Clarin Misamis Occidental,tragically passed away amidst the distribution process, as clarified by the late person's daughter, Evelyn. In a conversation with our news team, Evelyn affirmed the transparency of the distribution process. She clarified that her father's untimely demise was not a result of negligence but rather an outcome of severe weather conditions. She expressed gratitude for the mayor's understanding and support during this challenging period.
